Borgo Riparossa - Procanico White Wine Tuscany IGT 2021 - Orange wine

The grapes are matured until they take on the classic pink color of the skin, then harvested by hand in the coolest hours of the morning, de-stemmed, immediately cooled down to 15 °C and placed in a temperature-controlled tank, where it remains for 5 days in maceration on the skins. .

The wine has a golden yellow color with intriguing reflections of red gold. Its mineral character stands out on the nose with a background of white fruity notes and delicate floral scents. Pleasant medicinal and balsamic suggestions follow which complete the olfactory expression. On the palate liveliness and freshness are supported by the roundness and fullness of the flavor with a very intense, savory and surprisingly persistent finish.
